		<description>Joan Borysenko&#039;s book hasbeen an inspiration to me and started me off on a life long journey of self discovery. I can&#039;t remember the book&#039;s name, but this was in 1992 and it was about using meditation to strengthen the connection between the right and left sides of the brain. It was very helpful to me at a very difficult time in my life. Her new book sounds interesting and very apt for the time we are living in right now.</description>
