There are moments that I do not want to be around me, and I feel like every nerve ending/ muscle is tied up in knots, after I hit moments of anger. Just as quickly I find myself in tears. I don't know where to turn, my husband is on deployment, and my 2 boys are all that matter right now. I don't know what to ask for, or who I need to reach out to, please help me if you can.
