Hi all you gals going through menopause & the men who suffer with us,

There is a new product on the internet called the Chili Pad. Its a mattress pad that circulates water through coils inside the pad. It cools you during a "hot flash" and then when you get cold - just turn up the heat on the remote control and warm yourself up. The temperature ranges from 46 - 118 and it's even designed so that you can set your side of the bed on one temperature and your partner can have another. It's the Greatest! No pills - no side effects just a comfortable night's sleep - no tossing, turning or throwing the covers off in the floor. Try checking out www.mychilipad.com. I did and I love it.

Yeah! Some one else has noticed that Oprah doesn't think she is menopausal.
She is floating in the river da-nile.
I write Oprah evry month to do a show on menopause and ways to hlp. I make
wicking sleepwear, www.haralee.com, and most women tell me they didn't know
there was anything to help them with the night sweats, so I know there are
many women eager for info that Oprah like no one else could provide. Good
for you to speak up. Now if Oprah would just get out of the river and hear
us.
