		<description>I have started to go through the menopause and know just what you mean about &quot;power surges&quot; during the night! I have started to take black cohosh in a supplement form and the symptoms are still there but starting to ease a little. 

I find that I start off sleeping in bed then end up sleeping on top of the bed after throwing off the covers. Then I wake up again feeling cold!</description>
